Andy Nelson and Andy Marion are excited to announce a significant change to their business plan. After many years of hard work building their firm, Andy and Andy are joining with the firm of Edward C. David & Company CPAs, PLLC (ECD) and their team of professionals. Both Andy’s will continue to be an active part of the combined organization and will utilize the resources of ECD to provide exceptional service to their clients. We are committed to ensuring that each client will continue to receive the personal attention to which they have become accustomed.

Effective January 1, 2009 our new location will be in the adjacent building, at 24 Stiles Road, Suite 202, just 2 doors away from our current location.

Andy Marion has noted “this combination provides our client base with additional services such as audited financial statements, certified business valuation, industry specialization and niches. Furthermore, Ed David and his team of younger professionals will provide additional continuity for our clients. Their use of state of the art technology will allow us to perform our services more effectively and efficiently.”

Andy Nelson believes that this transition is the single best way to provide continuity of services and stability for our loyal client base. Additionally, ECD has an established employee base of tested professionals.

Ed David has said, “I have known Andy and Andy since the mid 90’s. We have worked together on mutual projects and clients and I am looking forward to their joining our team.” He further states ECD takes the time to truly understand their clients and their businesses to help them achieve their financial goals. ECD provides a full range of CPA services including: audited level financial statements, reviews, compilations, tax services, business valuations, business consulting, estate tax planning and management advisory services.

They have also developed expertise in various industry niches. They stress the importance of continuing education for the entire staff, and utilize the latest technological tools available in order to deliver services in an efficient and timely manner.

Both firms have comparable fee schedules. Therefore, fees for continuing services will not be significantly impacted.
